Ronald (“Skip”) Eberly Jr., MAI, CCIM

President and founder of Principle Real Estate Group. Skip received a undergraduate degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University and subsequently received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and his CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. Skip is an active real estate broker within the Columbus MSA and is member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR), the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition to appraisal and brokerage services Skip has developed and is in ownership of multiple real estate investments. Skip is also an active Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University and the Appraisal Institute.

Ionut ("John") Gavrilescu

John graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Urbana University with majors in Marketing and MIS (Management Information Systems). John currently serves as staff appraiser with Principle Real Estate Group.  He has completed numerous appraisal courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and is continuing his education by attending additional real estate courses and seminars.
